Association had 30000 members, hundred thousand of their documents, pictures and other papers. They wanted database web application to completely digitize all data about each member.
A database to be accessed from 38 offices in different municipalities to work simultaneously. They needed all kind of possible filtering statistics and exports of thousands of records. They wanted unlimited hosting to me able to respond to thousands of simultaneous connections. They wanted team work in their offices, out of working time also.
We were there to fulfill all their requirements and even more.
Challenge and goal:
- Provide a solution to manage all information and documents from all cities
- Increase capacity allowing multiple users working from difference points
- Generation reports with custom needs.
Solution
Based on client requests, we developed a database application with all elements they had in paper. Also we developed a users and permissions module allowing administrator to add and specify permissions to users from different cities, to add, edit, or remove records. At the end we developed a module for generating reports based on custom criteria. Result After implementing the project they are able to work many users simultaneously adding records. And they can generate any report they need only in few seconds.
